London - SAS Global Communications, an international provider of managed and professional network services, has announced the appointment of Sharon Thorp as service relationship manager (SRM) within the company’s provisioning team.
With more than 10 years experience in account management and customer service, Sharon most recently held the position of senior account manager with BT. In her new role, Sharon will oversee the delivery of key carrier services into client accounts; managing the general welfare of those accounts and ensuring the timely resolution of any issues or faults.
