Seamless transfer to ADSL
Project management to end users for coordination of BT services including line conversion to DSL, delivery of router and password creation
One number for faults, billing, 1st and 2nd line technical support
Project description
Installation audit of existing ISDN2 based estate and individual line checks for ADSL conversion
Development of migration portal to manage BT line conversion, router delivery, password creation
Project management and provisioning of corporate link for BT International Teleworker at HQ
Local coordination of all remote staff for home delivery and commissioning of routers
Design and implementation of DSL VPN solution for non BT service areas in Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Kingston-upon-Hull
Ongoing project management of newly converted BT exchanges to allow broadband against remaining ISDN estate
Provision of ongoing support for faults, billing, moves, adds and changes
Ongoing monthly service reviews
