Vanquis Bank | 17 March 2008
SAS provides managed communications services to Vanquis Bank, including proactive monitoring of our core WAN infrastructure. However, when we first started working with SAS, we did have some concerns ...moreabout the quality of its technical team but as soon as we raised these with the company, it took immediate steps to address the situation and this has led to a vastly superior service from the SAS NOC.
Healthcare at Home | 28 February 2008
When we needed to consolidate our data services and build a more resilient WAN infrastructure, without over-stretching the budget, SAS accepted the challenge and delivered the right solution for Healt ...morehcare at Home. Since then, the combination of good customer communications and a consistently high standard of service from SAS has meant that I no longer have to worry about my infrastructure and, when I ask for something to be done, I can be confident that it will be done.
BC Partners | 13 February 2008
The SAS group recently implemented an international WAN and unified communications solution for BC Partners. Delivery of the project required the involvement of a number of telecom providers, some of ...morewhom proved unhelpful and uncooperative, but, thanks to the expertise and project management skills of the SAS team, we did not suffer any loss of momentum on the project and now enjoy a seamless and cost effective communications service across our entire operation.
The College of Richard Collyer | 26 November 2007
We recently worked with SAS to carry out a complete overhaul of our network, including installation of a fibre backbone, a redesign of our cabling infrastructure and the implementation of managed swit ...moreches and monitoring tools. We believe that a major success factor in the project was SAS's ability to work with us as a key team member; from the outset, everything was planned together thus ensuring we all knew exactly what we were working towards, all of which made sure that the project went to plan and the teaching of students was not interrupted, a point that is always paramount.
Court Square Capital Partners | 13 November 2007
We’ve had a relationship with SAS for about a year and SAS has been supporting our network and communications infrastructure in London since first installing it in November 2006. Being a US comp ...moreany, means that most of our IT staff are located in the States but this is not a problem because, in SAS, we’ve found a services partner that can replicate our internal processes for support in the UK, and provide a virtual extension to our IT team.
Assael Architecture Limited | 06 November 2007
Assael Architecture needed to move its Internet connectivity to a new lease line connection. SAS provisioned the lease line and transferred the new settings across, ensuring that all of our existing s ...moreervices continued to operate as normal. We were extremely happy with the work that SAS carried out, in particular we were impressed with the availability of project and support staff, who were on-hand whenever we needed advice and help; they were also extremely professional during the transfer of services.

After a difficult experience with another Channel Partner, SAS showed us the excellant support services they provide. The staff have a first class attitude to their resellers, and their product knowle ...moredge and communication with us is second to none. We have been shown various selling opportunites, some that we didnt know existed and are extremely greatful to SAS for the ongoing support and relationship that has been formed. Although we are a relatively new partner to SAS, we hope our relationship continues to grow and is a long and prosporous one.
Cambian Healthcare Limited | 23 September 2007
I have been working with SAS in excess of 4 years and during that time have managed the provision of an MPLS IP CLear WAN service to meet initial business requirements and subsequently during a major ...moreexpansion to the company. Both projects were managed very efficiently and effectively and SAS have shown themselves to provide a first rate support service both at the shop floor level and at board Level. The uptime of the network is close to 100% and any outages (normally due to BT) are quickly dealt with in a pretty much seamless manner. My company is one enjoying fast growth and the managed provision of new WAN tails ensure that the necessary IT solutions are provided to the new business growth as required. SAS have proven to be an effective partner and their customer service is excellent.
Tidewell Solutions Limited | 13 September 2007
The project was to replace an existing public VPN to an CoS-enabled MPLS WAN for my client who has 88 sites in the UK, US and Europe. SAS managed the scoping of the project, highlighted clients sy ...morestems interdependencies as well as managed the outgoing carrier, as well as the incoming carrier, to deliver a seamless migration with no interuption of service to any office.
Further SAS now manage all moves, adds, changes, faults and billing issues with the carrier for voice and data services - as well as fully managed WAN services.
The WAN now provides the basis for the upcoming IPT and video conferencing projects.
I would receommed SAS to any prospective client.
BBZGuitars | 13 September 2007
We chose the SAS Group to put in our new WAN infrastructure in Singapore, in part, because of its relationship with BT but also because it could offer the skills and flexibility BBZ needed to guarante ...moree that our UK service levels and standards would be met in Singapore. The SAS Group’s international connections also allowed us to source labour and materials locally to keep costs down. We did have a provisioning issue on the network when it was first installed but fortunately SAS was able to get this resolved very quickly and we're now operating at full strength. Needless to say, we will be using them again.
Summerhill Interiors | 16 August 2007
Our previous WAN was unfit for purpose; regular prolonged outages hindered our ability to service customers and were a constant drain on resources. When we decided to centralise our IT systems, it wa ...mores imperative that we overhauled our network infrastructure at the same time. By comparison, our new WAN has gone down just once in the last four months, and even then our employees, supplier and customers were completely unaware of any issue, the SAS Group ensured automatic failover to the back-up network. With the SAS Group providing 24/7 monitoring of the infrastructure, as well as managing our relationship with BT, we can benefit from an extremely robust network without any of the burden of everyday management.
