- Hardware remote and telephone support for all HP and Cisco network devices, including servers, server peripherals, printers and desktops
- Software remote and telephone support for all MS and Symantec server software products, including Windows 2003, Exchange 2003, Symantec Back Up Exec, Cisco IOS
- Remote desktop support for Office applications
- On site engineering support to carry out local administration, moves and changes at all offices
- Proactive real time network monitoring to ensure high levels of system availability
- Documentation for system functionality and operations
