Design, installation and project management of a new ICT infrastructure in 2 new offices within a 3 month window
- Network design and installation of structured cabling,and communications rooms to house new ICT infrastructure
- Provision and coordinate link between Kingston Telecom and BT exchange to deliver full UK coverage
- Definition and design of MS Active Directory, configuration standards and security policies for servers, desktops and laptops
- Project management of delivery and installation of BT WAN and Internet services
- Project management of delivery and install of all new HP File, print and email servers
- Installation of HP Desktops, laptops and printers
- Integration of LAN to ASP insurance software
- Provide remote monitoring of all WAN and LAN systems for performance, availability, utilisation and application usage
- Provide hardware, software, desktop remote and telephone support
- Ongoing monthly service reviews of system performance, and business and technical MACs
