Project description
- Provisioning of RIM Blackberry handsets, Blackberry Enterprise server software, and Vodafone SIMs and GPRS contracts
- Audit and definition of MS Exchange, Internet and firewall requirements for installing RIM Blackberry Enterprise Server
- Installation and configuration of BES software, and integration with MS Exchange and firewall systems
- Development of BES group handset polices to ensure handset security and enable central management
- Provision of basic handset training for pilot users
- Full systems documentation
- Software telephone support
- Successful pilot led to roll out to 60 users
