Project requirements
Design a VoIP solution to deliver zero cost inter-office and offnet voice and fax calls between offices in London, Tokyo, Dubai and Stockholm:
- Leveraging existing investment in IP VPN
- Implementing project simultaneously across all offices
Project description
- Implementation of IPT communications infrastructure audit, including IP VPN, voice system and circuit analysis
- Project management of call plan design, internal dialling code mapping, number range selection, local carrier negotiations and acceptance testing criteria
- PBX integration and routing design, including table updates and configurations, and the allocation of extensions for VoIP calls
- Installation and configuration of VoIP systems, and testing with PBXs and LAN to ensure firewall operability and voice traffic prioritisation
- Implementation of acceptance testing with client site testing groups
- Roll out of new internal call plan for each office, connecting to PBX and LAN, and providing system training package for end users
- Hardware and software support of VoIP systems, including 24 hour replacement of hardware and remote support for configuration updates and troubleshooting
