Refresh the company’s legacy ICT infrastructure:

• Providing seamless transfer of existing legacy Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 and Exchange 5.5 data communications, desktops and servers without system downtime
• Implementing new WLAN, LAN switches and routers, file and print servers and integrating new hardware and services with existing desktop architecture to provide a flexible and higher availability working environment

• Full system and data recovery to legacy servers following catastrophic data loss
• Project management of data migration from legacy servers to new HP servers
• Transfer management of incumbent supplier services, including Internet circuits, communication links, passwords, user names, configurations, network security
• Migration risk management, including back-out planning
• Pre installation equipment and circuit checks
• Migration planning to allow for client connectivity to existing legacy systems throughout move
• Transfer of critical email and application data out of normal operation hours
• Configuration of all PCs, printers and servers and end user tests in new office - out of normal business hours
• Upgrade and reconfiguration of home office installations for more secure remote access
• Next business day IT merge support to ensure smooth operation
