Project requirements
Engineer and install SwissCom WiFi hot spots in 320 locations across the UK within a 6 month window:
- Providing infrastructure services, including electrical contracting, structured cabling and router installation and commissioning
Project description
- Physical survey and RF audit of hotel locations
- Provisioning of BT PSTN circuits and Lixxus DSL Circuits at each location, including negotiation of flexible terms for consolidating data spend across the estate
- Site, carrier and supplier co-ordination
- Off site staging, configuration and testing of Cisco hardware
- Provisioning of multi-disciplinary installation teams to manage electrical work, structured cabling, router installation and commissioning
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of routers, switches and WiFi access points
- WiFi hot spot handover to staff and staff training
- Full systems documentation
