Upgrade existing BT WAN to enable fixed cost interoffice voice traffic, achieve voice CoS and benefiting from higher data bandwidths and greater fault tolerance
Project description
- Data collection of existing WAN information, IP scheme, application usage, current router configurations, firewall configurations and remote access systems
- Provision and installation of BT IP Clear VPN solution for 11 remote office and 35 home workers
- Preparation of each office's existing PBX for IPT systems integration
- Installation of migrations routers to allow new WAN soak testing and seamless migration from old WAN, on an office by office basis
- Installation, configuration and testing of VoIP systems with PBXs and LAN
- Implementation of acceptance testing with client site testing groups
- Roll out of new internal call plan for each office and integration of remote LAN systems with new WAN to ensure application performance
- Implementation of security penetration testing to optimise external system security
- Provision of remote monitoring for all WAN, LAN and IPT systems
- Provision of hardware, software, remote and telephone support
- Ongoing monthly service reviews
